Loren Avenue, Chico: An iPad and water pump were stolen from a business April 4.
Rice Avenue, Richvale: Fence posts and fencing were stolen from a property within the last week.
East Gridley Road, Gridley: Mail was reported stolen.
Lizard Lane/Canyon Creek Road, Berry Creek: The reporting party stated an unknown subject sawed off the top part of a metal structure on a greenhouse at the location.
Blueberry Lane, Magalia: The reporting party, who is a general contractor working at the property, said they are having ongoing issues with juveniles and vandalism.
Palermo Road, Palermo: An unknown subject reportedly cut a lock on a gate, removed signs from the property and has several vehicles parked on the property.
Crown Court, Oroville: Unknown juvenile subjects kicked in the reporting party’s garage door then ran away. They returned two more times attempting to make access to the residence.
Bald Rock Road, Berry Creek: A robbery occurred at a property within the last week. The reporting party said they haven’t lived in the area since the North Complex fires.
South Park Drive, Magalia: A man reported his tablet was stolen last night and traced it to an area in Chico.
